This package is designed for those students who want to be able to monitor their progress and have clearly defined goals to work towards. It includes:

Arrival fitness assessment and fitness plan
Weekly follow up assessments
Group training sessions daily (Monday to Saturday)
Recovery drink after each training session
Free use of swimming pool and gym (7 days a week)
Power Breakfast daily (Mon to Sat) for camp residents
One nutritious shake a day (Monday to Saturday)

 

The pricing schedule below outlines the basic price structure. Discounts will be given for long term bookings or for group bookings. All prices are in Thai Baht. The conversion rate for USD to baht is approximately 30 baht per dollar.
