This is the video we have been waiting to make. Oron Deachkalon Sumalee doing his Esaan dance and pre-fight Muay Thai fight routine wearing the Sumalee Boxing Gym cape. Oron adopted much of this routine when he moved to the Chiang Rai area of northern hailand to remind him of his Esaan roots. Oron became widely known nationally for his dance routine and has appeared in many magazines and TV shows because of it. The Esaan instrument he uses is called the Kaen and has become symbolic of him. It is so much a part of him that he nameded his son Kaen after it. It is the reason why the Kaen is part of the Sumalee Boxing Gym logo, Oron’s Muay Thai training camp in Phuket.
